Eligibility
  • Students in Grades 8–12
  • Age 13–18
  • Teams of 1–5 students + 1 mandatory mentor
  • Cross-school teams are allowed
  • Open to students across India
  • College students are not eligible
  • Zero registration fee
Project & Submission Requirements

Stage 1 is an online submission round. Teams must choose one of the 10 BIC innovation themes and submit their proposed solution as a PPT/PDF.

The presentation should clearly communicate the problem, opportunity, existing gaps, proposed solution, technology and innovation, prototype/MVP or demonstration, target users, impact, implementation, scalability, competitive advantage, and team vision.

Participants are encouraged to use AI tools and technology to build smarter solutions. Selected teams will refine their ideas and prepare for the Grand Finale.

At Stage 2, finalists will showcase their working prototypes at the BIC Expo and pitch their solutions live before the jury.

Judging Criteria & Winner Selection

Every Stage 1 submission undergoes 100% human evaluation by industry experts.

 

Projects are assessed on the strength of the problem and opportunity, innovation, proposed solution, use of technology, prototype/MVP, potential impact, feasibility, scalability, competitive advantage, and overall vision.
